WINEMAKING

Harvest of grape in box by hand, cryo maceration with dry ice and winemaking in white after soft pressing; sparkling process with the Charmat method short in autoclave with agitator for 3 months at a controlled temperature.

SENSORY ANALISYS

It is a fresh wine, with fruity flavors of apple annurca, bergamot, pear and hawthorn. With a pale straw yellow color, it highlights a subtle perlage of a right persistence.
