WINEMAKING

The soft pressing and the static decantation of the grape musts, precede the start of the alcoholic fermentation, that takes place in steel tanks only with a temperature between 14°C and 18°C.

SENSORY ANALISYS

Blush pink. It smells like Mediterranean woodlands nuances, wild rose, pomegranate juice, raspberry and rhubarb. Delicately fresch sip with light savoury note. Floral scent. In stainless steel tanks for about four months and then in glass bottles for other two months.
