Hot Pepper extravirgin olive oil dressing

The Hot Masseria Faraona dressing is obtained by pressing olives and hot red pepper in the same time.

It is ideal to season bruschette and Apulian friselle with tomatoes and oregano, in legume soups, on grilled vegetables, on salads, on barbecue. It is perfect also for first courses with tomato sauce, on risotto and on fish dishes.
